If you can’t find a specific image in our shop, maybe it’s just not there. But no worry! All of the fine-art prints are printed on demand, meaning we can print special requests - just write us whatever you have in mind.
It depends on the change. For the Prints: Some changes will have a small additional fee, some are free of charge, and some are impossible. Use the contact form, and we will be happy to help. For other products - Changes are not available.

If the package arrived damaged, please send photos of the damage, including your address label and DHL tracking number label on the package to info(at)uselesstreasures.net
If something was missing or incorrect in your order, please contact us at info(at)uselesstreasures.net and specify what was wrong.
Goods will be delivered to the address specified on your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please ensure we have the right address for you when placing your order.
If you notice an error after you have placed your order, please contact us immediately by email.
If your order has already been shipped with an incorrect address, you will need to wait for the order to be returned to us, and you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.
No, all of our prints are issued in limited editions (unless specified differently), so once they are sold out, they're gone for good. Make sure to check our social channels. Maybe similar artwork will appear.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Your can read more here
Yes, we ship all over the world. For orders lower than 25 euros, shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.
Customers will be liable for any import duties in the receiving country.
Please allow us one week to ten days to print and prepare your order. Unless we notify you via email, your will be shipped within that time frame. If you have time-sensitive order, please notify us in advance.
Tracking numbers will be made available to you once your order has shipped.
It will be sent to you with a confirmation email saying your order is on its way to you.
Customers who order below €25 will have to add shipping costs and decide if they wish to send it with or without a tracking number.
Orders without a tracking number can not be tracked once they left our studio. We can not take any responsibility if they are missed.

If you are having issues with your tracking once it is in the destination country, you will need to contact your local postal service (not DHL) regarding its location to solve your issue. We always recommend calling the postal service itself (USPS, etc.) rather than your local post office for the most accurate help.

All of our international orders are shipped through DHL/Deutsche Post, and delivery times will depend entirely on your country and the local postal service.
Tracked Parcel - 5-40 business days*
DHL provides tracking subject to the destination country's postal service and if it supports tracking. Once your parcel is scanned into your country, it will be trackable through your local postal service (USPS, for example) - monitoring it through there can provide more detailed tracking updates.
*Please note that delivery estimates are only there as a guide and will vary depending on the time of year, and your local postal services.
Please contact us with your order number if your tracked order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame (14 business days within Germany and 40 business days for international orders).
We recommend you contact your local postal service ASAP before contacting us to help us provide a solution quicker. Occasionally DHL or USPS may let a parcel slip through the cracks, and the quicker you contact them, the quicker they can help us determine if it is lost or delayed. Please pass any information you receive from them on to us.
All tracking orders can be tracked via the DHL tracking site.
International orders: All orders can be tracked through DHL while still in Germany. DHL provides tracking subject to the destination country's postal service and if it supports tracking. Once they arrive in the destination country, you will have the most accurate shipping updates through your local couriers website (USPS, Canada Post, etc.).
We are happy to update addresses at any point - only if shipping labels have not already been created. Send us an email with your full name, order number, current order address, and the address you would like it changed to, and we will get back to you ASAP.
If an order has already shipped, we cannot change the address.
Yes, if you live nearby, you are welcome to pick up your order at Voigtstr. 39,10247 Berlin. We will notify you via email once your order is ready for pick-up, then we will set a time slot for you to come.
If you didn't collect your order on time and DHL or your local postal service has already sent it back to us, you will need to wait for the order to be returned. You will be responsible for the additional shipping charge if it arrives without damage.
All of our fine-art prints are printed on demand. Therefore, returns are not possible. For other products, returns are possible, given that the goods have returned to us in top condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. (Shipping fees are not refundable).

As long as your order hasn’t been printed yet, you can cancel it - Please write us an email ASAP, and we’ll cancel it for you. If the order has been printed but hasn’t been shipped cancellation fee will be charged upon cancellation. If your order has been shipped, then cancelation is impossible.

No, I don't design custom tattoos, unless I tatto it myself. If you are a tattoo artist who wants to offer my designs as tattoos- Please don't. Please don't make a business from using my designs. It's stealing. You can buy a license for my work, please write us, and I’ll send you the price.
